Introduction

Sustainability today can no longer be limited to declarations of intent. More and more companies are being asked to demonstrate their environmental commitment through concrete, measurable, and verifiable actions .

This commitment has been officially recognized through the Cycle4Green certification , issued in collaboration with Avery Dennison , which transparently and verifiably certifies the environmental results we have achieved in 2025. This recognition certifies the recycling of 13.5 tons of silicone paper waste , with an estimated reduction of 26 tons of CO₂ equivalent .

A result that demonstrates a real path towards a circular economy.

What is Cycle4Green certification?

Cycle4Green is an international initiative that promotes the recycling and recovery of complex materials, such as silicone-coated paper, which is traditionally difficult to dispose of.

The Cycle4Green certification transparently attests:

  • the quantity of material sent for recycling,

  • the positive impact in terms of reducing CO₂ emissions,

  • the company's commitment to a more responsible production model.

It is therefore not a simple stamp, but a system of traceability and environmental reporting .

The role of Cycle4Green and Avery Dennison

The certification is the result of a collaboration between Cycle4Green and Avery Dennison , a leading global player in the label materials and packaging solutions sector.

This partnership guarantees:

  • rigorous evaluation criteria,

  • verifiable and comparable data,

  • a controlled and sustainability-oriented supply chain.

Results achieved in 2025

During 2025, we recycled a total of 13.5 tons of silicone paper , a material that mainly derives from labelling processes and which, if not properly managed, risks ending up in landfill or incineration.

Thanks to this path:

  • 13.5 tons of material were recovered,

  • an estimated reduction of 26 tonnes of CO₂ eq was achieved,

  • the disposal of a complex and impactful waste was avoided.

Numbers that tell of a concrete and measurable commitment, not an abstract one.

Why recycling silicone paper is important

Silicone paper is a typical byproduct of the label industry. Its composition makes it difficult to recycle through traditional channels, which is why it's often considered "problematic" waste.

Sending it for recycling means:

  • reduce the use of virgin resources,

  • reduce emissions related to disposal,

  • actively contribute to a circular economy model.
